I was introduced to Loveline through the MTV show in the late 90’s but never got a chance to watch it a whole lot because I didn’t have cable in my room and watching it in front of my parents in the living room was less than desirable for obvious reasons.
When I realized it was on the radio daily, I started listening. This was when I was in 8th grade in 1998. I listened every night through high school, so ’98-’04. This was of course the pinnacle of the Adam Era. Good times. I only stopped listening when I went off to college because I was doing more interesting things in the evenings (like putting the things I learned from Loveline to good use). I recently got into Adam Carolla’s podcast (not sure why it took me so long). That is probably what rekindled my memories of Loveline and caused me to seek out classic episodes. I’m thrilled to discover this site and get to relive the episodes I heard in high school as well as hear some for the first time like Adam’s earliest and last episodes that I never caught.
I appreciate Loveline because it really taught me so much, not just about sex, but about life. Big thanks to the people who run this site as well as those who upload episodes. I plan on rating and commenting on every episode I listen to so hopefully I can contribute in that way. Cheers.
