It comes from a previously lost episode, recently unearthed and made available on the Giovanni podcast (episode 1142, Andy Lauer, 2000-02-14). No wonder we couldn’t locate the first time Adam used it. For some reason Anderson didn’t use it as a drop until April of 2001.
