Topic Origin of Drew Drop, "Grandes Exitos en Espanol"

I know what it means, just wondering where this drop came from?? Did Dr Drew say it during the show or was it one of those things Drew did for the station to play to cater to the Hispanic demo? It just seems like an odd thing for the good doc to say in both cases. Thanks guys.
I looked it up once and it’s a Cypress Hill album (Greatest Hits in Spanish). It must be from a Cypress Hill episode we don’t have.
