Show Summary:
This show gets off to a real rough start. Adam's mic sounds horrible. He fixes it but then Drew sounds horrible. Adam asks the band a question about Woodstock and the then their mics aren't even turned on. They talk about the fires that happened there.
The band is playing at the Vegas House of Blues on Tuesday. They go to the first call and the mics get even worse than before somehow.
Adam goes off on girls not being able to measure things. He was on vacation in Maui with his girlfriend and asked her how much she thought her car weighs. Her answer was 30,000 lbs.
Band member John just had a kid and they had to cancel a concert because of that.
Adam says his headphones sound like when they have "conversations" on planes where Adam goes on rants and Drew takes his Scranton tests.
A caller named Dave calls back from last week.
He is a counselor at Planned Parenthood and hooks up with the girls that come in there. He plans on getting into porn but they warn him that it will probably be gay. He also got arrested for having weed but was let off the hook for being a "good Samaritan," because he took it away from some kid.
Drew takes a minute to say hello to his wife whose mother has recently died. Adam gets pissed at him though. His wife set up some flight plans for Adam and Drew actually asks him to thank her over the air and to not complain about anything.
Drew brings up the Teen Choice Awards where Adam talked about masturbation. This segues into why band member Lajon doesn't whack off.
A girl calls in whose crazy mom flipped out earlier that day because someone ate all the cheese.
There is a very bizarre call from a 13 year old girl named Sabrina. She was riding on a public bus with her friend and an old Hispanic guy was looking at them and whacking off. Adam stops in the middle of the call to yell about a lady vacuuming right outside the door of the studio.
Adam goes into more detail about the Teen
Choice Awards incident.
Due to Adam's bashing of pharmacists never being able to speak English, a girl puts her pharmacist sister on to defend herself.
A woman calls in and says she snoops around her fiancé's room to look for porn. She recently found a backpack (or "jackpack" according to Adam) full of porn in his room.
Adam talks about one of his inventions, an add-on to the condom loader. It would involve some sort of spring loaded device to stop it from falling off.
The band makes a Goodfellas reference but Drew cuts them off. Adam then asks if he's ever seen Goodfellas but doesn't get an answer.
Caller Joe asks how long sperm stays alive "airborne."

The review is good – Sevendust is not my favorite band of all time but they do make for hilarious guests. The calls were mostly bizarre and there is a lot of masturbation chatter. My favorite part was towards the end where they talk about how (oddly enough) – the one band member that does not jack off recently purchased a “big butts” porno mag but sounded really emotionally scarred by it. He likens the maidens’ rumps to a Star Wars spaceship and said “It looked like Darth Vader was about to come out of their vaginae – yikes!”.
around 24:00 min creepy kid calls in says he got expelled for “acting up in school” than says “i made some terrorist threats” than reveals he wrote a girl an email threatening to kill her.
Good guests, some good calls, overall a good listen.
It seems like seven dust is a lot nicer than you’d think. Very enjoyable.
Dust sounds like typical stoned callers of the show and the calls and pace so far (45 mins in) is shit. Either they’re talking about masturbation or its an “in depth call” where drew adds nothing and steps on any chance for Adam to rally off a joke.
I think drew is preoccupied with some family emergency regarding his wife and unable to do good radio even more than usual.
Maybe the show heats up in the second half but the first is only worth it for the antisocial call and the masturbation chatter and those are very YMMV segments.
