Adam returns from a sabbatical in New York, during which time Jimmy got pick-pocketed by a prostitute.; problems with the cyst return!
Bob, A caller who sells public service announcements to radios, phones in at 1:16:58. Predictably, this leads into another long-winded anti-PSA rant (by the time Bob gets off the air his question had been glossed over and 10 minutes had passed). Bob promises Drew that he’ll help get information out about the Morning After Pill – but Adam steamrolls over that and makes engineer Mike play the Airplane Turbulence PSA again, which sends the hosts on another jag and basically rounds out the rest of the show.
Adam tries salty licorice, spits it out! Producer Ann got it from Denmark somehow. As someone who’s grown up in Sweden I have to say: GIMME SOME!! YUM!
Great show. I was watching hey Arnold! Last Saturday at like 1 am and I’m pretty sure this guest does the voice of Helgas mom. I could research but that means effort, ugh.
Helgas mom was voiced by “Kath Soucie”
She also voiced the mother in Dexters Labratory
This episode just gets better as it goes on. I laughed at the airplane turbulence part even though I’d already heard Adam joke about it before. Alexandra Paul is one of those women who can handle Adam deftly without smashing his dreams or being overly flattering.
Laughed my ass off during Adam’s Benny Hinn jag.
Grade A show, incredibly dumb callers. Alexandra is great as usual.
