Both these shows are fantastic, Listening to these early 2005 shows again I now realize that Adam was clearly in Fu*k you mode because of his recent pay cut.

Adam brings up his children’s book idea. It’s called “Kimo Skinny Calves.”
It’s a young boy who lives in a Samoan village where everyone has enormous calves. His brother is a big warrior and champion but Kimo has skinny little calves and is cast out from his village. The keys to the town fall through a sewer grate and nobody can reach them. Kimo is able reach his foot threw the sewer grate and reach the keys with his toes. And he’s a hero. Drew suggests putting a little modern twist on it and make the kid become a cutter.

Sometimes Drew tries to participate in Adam’s comedy bits and man….what a clusterfuck. I suppose it’s Adam’s own fault since he always berates Drew for just silently staring at him like a raccoon when he does his bits. When Adam is telling his Kimo Skinny Calves story, Drew just can’t stop chirping and putting in little comments to the point where Adam has to start and stop a million times. I can’t believe Adam didn’t explode on him and tell him to shut the F up. It just totally ruined the flow of the story.
