Wants to know how to get the attention of a boy she is interested in. Also, Drew has some questions because she's a brain tumor survivor.

Cassandra, F, 19, Los Angeles
How to get over an ex who is always around...I think. This one had a lot of trouble tracking, talked in circles, and just didn't make sense.

Men vs. Women functional MRI scans in response to pornography: men’s visual cortex and appetite center go nuts, women see arousal, report activity, then nothing; women don’t have appetite, the same part of the brain that works for hunger/needs/desires.
Girl wants what she can’t have – gay friend.
Adam hates callers: they never want to agree with him when he condenses what they’re really saying. Loveline callers don’t let Drew or Adam put words into their mouth, they’d rather spit it back up and use their words… frustrating for them. [I often feel that’s what I do in life, just stop and agree, using your internal thesaurus doesn’t add much meaning to their statement… or does it help me remember/grasp their sentence by placing it into my version!? Hrmmm]
Very entertaining call from drunk Cassandra at 0:53:57. (Aside: I’ve heard a few calls from girls named Cassandra in my recent LL listening, and they’re always nutty.)
“Santa Monica…Tough on citizens, easy on bums”
If you ever been to Santa Monica/ Venice, California this rings so true.
Solid episode, a smart/philanthropic caller, a couple jovial goofballs, funny Anderson interjection
Hai!
I sleep just the same way Adam describes how he does. I know the feeling.
Lacie just sounds so precious
Agreed. Heartwarming call. Refreshing innocence. 🙂
Couple of funny calls in this one but nothing that really stands out.
