Jeff is a great guest!
This is my favorite Jeff Probst episode. He’s especially animated and even gets in on the act when Adam and Drew start abusing the callers, who are unusually obtuse and in denial.
Technical difficulties at around 25:00 are funny.

Always love when Jeff is on. He’s not a normal guest whose publicist tells them not to get too “out there” with Adam. Jeff isn’t afraid to go there and take it farther.
In one of his appearances he reveals that he likes to take a bunch of Ambien before banging his girlfriend because it heightens the experience. This time ’round he talks about his porn habits while on location with Survivor and how it takes a whole day just to download a three minute scene, so he starts the download, gets driven to the shooting location, shoots all day at the challenge and tribal council, comes back to his makeshift hotel camp and has one scene downloaded. lol.
Adam declares no end in sight for Survivor and Jeff answers “you think so?” Well Jeff is there promoting the 9th season of the show, and here in the present of December 2013, they just had the season finale of the 27th season a week ago. Adam says he really enjoyed the All*Star season where they brought players back who’d previously played the game, and Jeff says he really didn’t. He says there’s too much baggage and inside info between the players, and that they all know each other. Well CBS apparently disagrees because they never go a whole season without having at least a handfull of returning players, and that’s been going on for years now.
Jeff reveals that they give the survivors tampons and condoms while they’re out there. Adam didn’t realize that. Jeff says no full on sex ever happened but other stuff goes on. Adam jokes that the most memorable one was the Rupert/Johnny Fairplay 69’ing episode. Clearly this is a joke, but Jeff doesn’t get it and thinks Adam is being serious. He’s like “what was this now? I don’t remember that.” Adam deflects with another joke and says “hey buddy, watch the show sometime.” Way later in the show — clearly still not understanding that Adam was making something up out of thin air — Jeff goes “OH, now I remember the Rupert/Johnny Fairplay thing.” He goes on to explain that it was during a challenge where they were crawling up a net at the same time. I guess they got in a weird position at some point during it because Jeff thinks that’s what Adam was referring to. Adam just says “yeah” instead of telling Jeff he took that way too seriously.
Very likable guy and smooth feeling episode
Great episode….Jeff and Adam really do get along well.
Jeff is great as usual, but honestly nothing stands out in this episode except every caller had a terrible phone line.
Pretty sure caller “William,” who’s mom wants half his monthly salary, is Webmaster Billy from the KLSX morning show.
I believe you are correct. His mom is on the call longer than Billy is. Last call of the show, leads into final break.
