Around 10 minutes-in I had to skip ahead 5 minutes, extremely graphic junk-reconstruction talk…. call at about 01:30:00 was painful too, dude has hair folicle growing from inside his urethra that when he has to pluck “hurts like hell”. Dr. Alter is very warm, nice doctor and as weird as his job is I really enjoyed him on this show.
