Brooke’s got a pretty terrible personality, and Adam kisses a little too much ass.
Neat discovery: caller Jessica at 0:54:42 is the actually the infamous “Charlie the hot chick” from the 2003-03-13 Evan Marriott show (at 0:52:20). I’m assuming she used her real name this time.
@badradio: You must mean Brooke Burke, right? Brooke Burns is very friendly.
I’ve gotta agree with badradio on this one. Brooke is loud and obnoxious and not particularly open or interesting.
I have a feeling they could have done some gambling on her: ballerina/model, didn’t go to high school, moved to NY on her own at 17.
Adam and Drew are on point.
Brooke Burns is quite pleasant.
Adam is right also about the boston accent being quite unattractive when the ladies have them.
A hot chick that doesn’t sound like a hot chick
Great example of a good looking woman with absolutely no sense of humor. She doesn’t really seem to understand any of Adam’s jokes.
I thought Brooke was a really good guest, liked the jokes and contributed to the show. Good times
Brooke starts out okay but things kind of go south the second half. I don’t know if it has to do with Adam’s DJ impression coming back from break or joking that he wants to raise her daughter.
Adam has a monologue about Bostonians being smart and liking to needle people. People from Texas and the midwest are social and nice. Again, Brooke seems insulted.
He also goes on a jag about Direct TV charging him for the MLB package after Daniel signed up for it living in the party house.
There’s also an awkward moment later in the show where Adam is plugging Brooke’s show, gets a detail wrong, and makes fun of himself for trying to go off memory, saying most people would read the info (implying they are smart to do so). Brooke thought he was insulting her, suggesting she would have to read (and not go off-the-cuff). She gets indignant and says everything on her show is ad-libbed. (eye roll)
