Guest: Randy Jackson
Host: Adam, Dr. Drew
Listen to theShow
Show Summary:
From the TV show American Idol
One of my favorite sidebar Dr. Drew/Adam moments so far: a caller with a possible trichomonas infection requests info about free clinics in the LA area. This leads to Adam mentioning that he visited a clinic in the early 90's due to not having insurance until he was 31. Engineer kicks in with "Masterpiece Theater" music and Adam starts speculating about Dr. Drew's Little Lord Fauntleroy childhood (there was a harpsichord involved).

Randy seems to enjoy the show. Drew seems to really enjoy when Randy calls him a pimp.
Not sure why this was rated so low. I liked the guest and most of the calls were interesting enough
This show has some moments! Adam auditions his singing (Taboo 2) for Randy, Drew downplays SARS (foreshadowing him downplaying COVID), and then a call from “meathook momma”!
So interesting hearing Drew talk about how SARS is nothing to worry about and anyone saying it could shut down the global economy is fear mongering. Then he went on the radio in 2020 and said there would probably only be 20 thousand deaths. LOL. Drew is right about a lot of stuff but he was dead wrong about this. Just remember there are people who know a lot about certain things, and then there are experts. Dr Drew is a media personality and knows a lot about medicine but he is not an infectious disease expert.
