Love that non-sequitur. Her delivery was priceless and could have been an excellent drop. It tickled Tommy just as much as it tickled me.
AIDS butler is kind of a ripoff of Jerry and George’s sitcom idea that they work on for the last season or two of Seinfeld. Not exactly the same but the idea of a judge sentencing someone to be a butler because they can’t pay a debt is exactly the same. But Seinfeld did it about five years before this aired.
A caller on the next show actually calls out Adam out for the Butler sketch from Seinfeld lol
Tommy is promoting his Chong Glass company.
Tommy was 9 months in federal prison for “promoting drug paraphernalia” a fine of $20,000, forfeiture of $103,514, and the loss of all merchandise seized during the raid of his business.[31] Chong served his sentence at the Taft Correctional Institution from October 8, 2003, to July 7, 2004. He was a cellmate of “The Wolf of Wall Street” Jordan Belfort, who credits him for encouraging Belfort to write his memoirs. They have remained friends.
Referencing a common trope and ripping something off aren’t the same thing. Most of Adam’s humor is based on cliches.

The caller Sarah around the hour mark… not only does Adam name the type of bird she has (Cockatiel) but Drew nails the she was home schooled! Impressive!
