Stupid stoner night. First a girl calls in and tells them about how she and some friends would buy a pound of weed every day. When Adam questions her on this and asks where she got the money, she replies that she got a discount. Tony makes a funny joke about her going to Costco to get her weed. Then a 13 year old, who has been smoking weed for two years, calls in to tell them that a dime bag of Chronic costs $20. Later another calls in to defend this. Tony and Patrick are good guests.
very stupid callers. this is another gem of an episode. guy calls in with fake british accent. another caller calls in says his fiance and mom are lesbo’s for each other and made out in front of him. adam and drew sniff out all these terrible bogus calls
Always liked Tony Hawk even though he sold out and made skateboarding lame. Back when he was legit in the Bones Brigade days Hawk used to smoke weed and make it rain on bitches at strip clubs.
Yeah Roga, I’m with ya braaaahhhhhhh. Before he sold out and made money it was the glory days of just loving skateboarding for the love of the sport. Then he got paid and it was all like…brah. It was just like…brah. Was like…brah. Like…brah. ….brah. Him figuring out a way to monetize what used to be a symbol of non-conformity really changed the nature of skateboarding in general. No, don’t ask me to explain how…it just…did. So instead of me and my friends and everyone else in 7th grade all being different by putting on the same clothing and taking up the same sport because we saw Tony Hawk do it, now a bunch of lame-o’s put on the same clothes and took up the same sport because they saw Tony Hawk do it. Totally different brah. Totes different. If something isn’t accepted by the mainstream, and somebody does it, they absolutely cannot figure out a way to make it a profitable venture, otherwise they sacrifice the very nature of non-conformity, which apparently is being poor. If Tony Hawk and Green Day and Nirvana did all the same things they did, only they stayed poor throughout the entire process, THEN it would be okay. I mean seriously, the content of what they did, the skateboarding, the music, the albums, all of it would be fine if they didn’t make any money by doing it. BUT because they got rich, all that same stuff that I would have no problem with, is all of a sudden worse. You know how I know that? Because I hear EVERYONE else say it so it must be true. Non conformist until I die…..breh.
to be fair, I’m sure Tony Hawk still smokes weed and makes it rain on strippers. Probably more so.
Fugit doesnt talk too much :/
Adam: “Drew every one of your kids is going to have two eating disorders.”

LOL Landlubber, I see what you did there, brah!
@Landlubber, you’re magnificent.
*slow clap*
I think this is the the 3rd or 4th time I’ve heard Adam’s prophecy of Drew’s daughter having an eating disorder.
Usually comes up when Drew says Paulina has an ice skating event coming up
