it has been ten years now,..
some crazy shit
good show.
agree – this and the previous night’s show (which is a classic) are must listens
Snopes addressed the “survivor from the 80th floor”:

The guys decided minutes before the start of the show to dedicate a second night to 9/11.
“Making fun of 14 year olds with cauliflower on their dork is not the kind of mood I’m in tonight.” – Adam
5/5
0:15:00 Drew is hyped up and ready for war
These 9/11 shows as well as Columbine, etc. seem so different to listen to than all of the rest. They’re somewhat haunting to me.
why i’ll always love and respect adam: he wastes no time in equating the religious delusions of the 9/11 hijackers with born again christians. his rants are essentially 100% logic-based, free of dogma
“years will go by and 9/11 will not be affecting us on a daily basis” – one of the dumbest things adam has ever said lol
the first hour is great, but then the show descends into an xenophobic, jingoistic shitfest (as was common after 911)
Sure there was some jingoism, but I felt it was fairly restrained, especially given it was just 1 day after the 9/11 attacks.
At 01:27:50 the caller mentioned men celebrating I wonder if she was referring to the dancing Israelis that belonged to the moving company that aided the terrorist move from Florida to NY.
