Tommy Vu “thats my toy” rant
The guest is not great, but Adam has a good time.
Caller compliments Dr. Drew on a column he writes for USA Today Weekend Edition.
Adam: “What column?”
Drew: “I’ve been doing it for two years!”
Adam: “You have a column in USA Weekend?”
Drew: “Yeah.”
Adam: “Two years you’ve been doing that?”
Drew: “Yeah.”
Adam: “…Huh.”
I always found it hilarious that Adam could never be bothered to support any of Drew’s other endeavors. He never reads his books, never saw his movie with the Olsen Twins, always trashed his website and his “Men are From Mars, Women are From Venus” TV show, wasn’t even aware of this column Drew had been writing for two years, and saw him on Oprah once but decided to switch it off after two minutes, because as he described it, “who sees Drew more than I do?”
Later, a caller has a bunch of nutty problems and the guys try to get to the bottom of it.
Drew: “Oh Amber, did you get sexually abused growing up or anything?”
Amber: “Um I was molested for like 7 years.”
Drew: “Yeah, I would suggest you go down that path.”
Adam: “Get molested again?”
At 36 minutes they read an email. First time I have ever heard them do that!
Low-energy guest, Adam is in prime form. Definitely worth a listen.

The guest almost put me to sleep in the first ten minutes — not very engaging or involved. Altogether an average show.
