Was Loveline really sponsored by “Car Toys” and Olde English 800 on this station?
And can someone please explain to me what “Car Toys” are all about? I just keep hearing this on certain recordings- and it sounds like a hilarious thing to be sponsoring a radio show. Kind of like saying
“Loveline has been brought to you by Video Games.”
Car Toys is a store that sells and installs car stereos.
Adam lets a fake caller (Eddy who claims he was raped in the school bathroom) go on for awhile – around 35:00. Pretty funny

Drew acts as if he knows nothing,that’s because his trophy wife is listening. what a pain she must be, I feel horrible for their daughter paulina who received most of the mental abuse.
After the guys bust Eddy for his bogus call Adam describes why it was so clearly bogus. Eddy had described a scenario where he was raped by a dude in a bathroom after trying to fight him off.
Adam: “You couldn’t get a piece of piano string in my ass if it was frozen. If you took a piece of piano wire and dipped it in liquid Nitrogen so it was stiff, then you dipped it in KY, then got a running start, you couldn’t get it in my asshole if we were fighting.”
A religious kid calls in to say he’s given masturbation up for Lent. This gets Adam into a mini religion rant and how if he started a religion he wouldn’t have something useless like Lent. He’d have people do something rather than not do something. Like volunteer or exercise more. Not walk around like idiots with ash smeared all over their foreheads.
Don’t let the first few seconds fool you, the audio quality on this episode is excellent.
Real good episode with plenty of bogus callers.
