Bad show. Henry is a pretty big dick.
seems like henry & adama got along…but henry is a bit dour but not surly or angry
Yeah, Henry rolls hard into Adam around the 20 minute mark. Adam’s groan after Henry declares he got over fart humor at age 8 is telling…
Henry seems a but moody and steps on a couple jokes but is alright
Henry is jealous of adam because adam is effortlessly more funny than he is, and he devotes his life to it. Henry intentionally tries to step all over adam, but adam is too much of a comedic genius force, and he plows right through henry’s weak ass.
Hank’s kind of a legend sort of doubt he’d be jealous of Adam. At the time think he was more a spoken word guy than a comedian. Although some of his life experiences are kinda funny and unique.
Rollins is a hack as far as comics go. He has no business talking down to Carrolla. His material is open-mic’er shit.
I just caught something else. Around the 39 minute mark, Dr. Drew says “He’s leaving” quietly to Adam right after a fan call for Rollins, suggesting that Adam was quietly complaining that they were taking another fan call. Adam had clearly had enough of Henry’s BS at that point.
Henry is obnoxious in a DAG sort of way. If you’re one of the weirdos who likes DAG, you’ll like this episode
Henry is a dick. Don’t see any similarities with DAG. Not the best show :/

When Adam and Drew are remote and the guest is in LA, there always seems to be a disconnect and it affects the energy of the show.
Henry wasn’t that bad–though he does take a couple subtle digs at Adam (disparages Adam’s penchant for fart jokes around 21:40 and again around 22:48). Adam and Drew sound really run down from traveling around together, and Ace snaps at Drew semi-seriously at 48:45. Not a bad show overall, but the boys are clearly tired.
