Adam tries to find someone who will allow him to fart on him for 500 dollars. He wants to fart on an attractive and nubile woman and the money he pays must go toward something positive.

This was just a quick throw away line that Drew immediately stepped on and didn’t address at all, which made it that much more hilarious.
