DAG is w/o a doubt my favorite guest, but this is before he really comes into his own on Loveline. Still a good episode, just wish the recording was longer.
great show, but the date of this one and/or the 6/19/1997 Tom Arnold show is incorrect, because when Tom calls in Adam says he wasn’t on the show yet the last time Tom was on… so this must have happened before the 1997 Tom Arnold show…???
Yeah, I’m certain it did air earlier in the year but the commercials on the tape referenced concerts and sales in September so I assumed they took Drew’s birthday off and played a best of show. I also considered it being labor day but that was the 1st and the show with the band Mansun aired that night. If I left it as 1997-xx-xx it’d get buried in the “other recordings” page and most people would never see it.

It’s weird hearing DAG be so calm compared to his later appearances.
Date should at-least be before 6/19/97 – as that is when Tom Arnold comes on for the first time. In this show Tom calls in, says he listens to the show, would love to come on, etc.
