    As has been mentioned in other posts, the 1 minute timer wouldn’t be a problem, if it worked. For example, at about 12:45pm today, I successfully downloaded 6/27/2000 show, and about 20 minutes later I tried to download 6/28/2000, and when I clicked the download button, it disappeared and didn’t download.     The new bandwidth limiter locks up my Internet Explorer, and won’t let me download more than one show per 20 minutes. What gives?!
