I know it was brought up in a 2003 episode but does anyone know of earlier mentions of the car seat gutter? Perhaps even the first time Adam brought it up?

He went on about how you always lose stuff in the car and so the seat should have a slide type device that catches stuff and it comes out into an easily accessible tray
