I’ve been having the same problem since the latest hosting issue. Though one time, it made it all the way to 4 minutes before it stopped playing.

Yep this has been happening for a while to me as well. The player pauses every 2-5 minutes. If you hit play it starts over from the beginning.

Yeah, I can’t stream for more than two minutes either. I have to download each episodes to listen now which consumes more bandwidth. ;l

Reading all these posts about site issues…am I the only one who downloads shows and keeps them in an iTunes library? I’ve been doing that since the beginning.

I’m having the same issue. It used to just happen once per show, but now it happens every two minutes or so. Any solutions?

Thanks for looking into it Spinfly.

I’m seeing the same issue on the following browsers:
    windows 7 Chrome 32.0.1700.102 m
    windows 7 IE 11
    Windows 7 Firefox 25.0.1

Today the show begins playing for a few seconds, then stops. When I click play again it starts again at the beginning. I’ve seen this before, but it would always play for 5-10 minutes, then stop. When it did, I’d just hit play again, go to the spot I was before, hit pause and then come back to it in 10 minutes to let it buffer. That usually did the trick.

Yeah. I don’t have any other browsers to to test on this box, and I keep forgetting to test it when I get home.

Unfortunately it has happened literally every time I have tried streaming on this site for the last 3+ months, rendering this site effectively useless (unless I download)

I loved this site and listened every day. I am really hoping something can be done to address and fix the problem.

Spinfly, i think its safe to say its a windows vista or 7 problem by now so thats not really necessary, also seems to be all browsers… I’ve had the same problem for a few months with vista and internet explorer 9, it really is annoying but I’ve gotten use to it and now just download.

That being said… I’m not sure if its a site problem, I’ve been having a lot of problems with other sites as well and it seems that everyone with “outdated” windows shit seems to be having the same problems. Shit man, i cant even get a good current browser anymore!
    shits wack.

blank, thanks for your comment. But I’m also wondering if the problem still exists, as I’ve made some changes over the last few days that may have fixed things.

I do agree that Windows is awful. If everyone got a Mac, the world would be a much happier place. 🙂
