Topic help me find adam rant on drinking outside

I recall several days of rants after Adam returned from his various Europe trips. I believe he got back from his first one on September 9, 2002.
On June 7, 2004 Adam returned from his 40th birthday trip to Europe.
If you want rants, the days following these dates in 2002 and 2004 are pretty good.
BUT, I’d start with June 8, 2004. He definitely touches on outdoor drinking in this one.
Let us know if you find a better one.
