This show starts out with Adam recounting the tale of Drew’s carpet remnant and his constant unprofessionalism on the radio.
The first caller has a boyfriend that loves the smell of her vagina. Adam describes it as “A fishy, fruity, nutty smell. Assertive without being pushy.”
Fairuka Balk enters the studio 16 minutes into the show due to being stopped by the Venice Police for speeding.
(40 min) A caller named Kim asks Fairuza who her influences in acting are. She tells the caller that her biggest influence is Meryl Streep. Adam then asks her what’s in the background, then in traditional Loveline fashion, the dumb caller can’t give them a decent answer and is completely stupid. Adam asks her to repeat what Fairuza told her, to which the caller replies “Ricky Martin”. Really stupid caller, and really funny to hear Adam pick on her. Also, she has a smoke detector going off.
Adam, Fairuza and Drew discuss children’s movies that are creepy. Also, Adam talks about seeing Pappillion as a lad and about how big of a pussy his dad is.
Adam rants on the La Brea Tar Pits
This has one of the first Smoke Detector calls around 50 minutes in. They don’t even measure it, just point out how annoying it is.
About an hour in, Adam goes on a “No. NOOO-No! No. Nooo. No” jag, making fun of callers who say ‘no’ to everything they say. Drew plays along and just talks through it; pretty funny.
Drew, Adam, and Fairuza all have movies they watched at a young age which were traumatizing. Fairuza is a great guest, and really enjoys Adam’s humor.
Hilarious show, Balk laugh her ass off, stupid callers, etc.
It’s nice when a guest is a fan of the show and laughs a lot. It really encourages Adam to amp up the comedy even more.
I love when Drew starts cracking up, he always slaps the desk.

You probably know Fairuza Balk as Vicki Vallencourt from The Waterboy.
She is pretty much what you expect her to be. She’s a great guest and very engaged with the callers, to the point that Adam and Drew have to remind her that their callers “aren’t people” and you shouldn’t talk to them LOL.
She laughs a lot during the episode.
I think the “Ricky Martin” girl was just giving a smart ass answer and knew that’s not who Fairuza was referring to.
