Eric is an awesome guest and he really participates in the show, this show features a mentally ill caller who they speak to four times, she has schizo affected disorder and is angry about some comments made by Adam on the previous nights show.
Adam genuinely attempts to be kind to her but she is very aggressive and angry Adam even tells her about Lynette's brother and his mental illness.
Eric even talks to the woman during one of the commercial breaks, a loveline 1st I believe, Drew has stayed on the line and talked to callers before but never a guest at least not when the call had nothing to do with them.
Eric discusses his asshole neighbor who calls the cops on him constantly for his music being to loud when he practices with his band.
The neighbor is also a musician so this puzzles Adam and Drew, there is a great inprov song by Adam with some awesome comedy work by Drew!
This show is the source of the Dr.Drew "listen, Listen Listen" drop, it's great he uses it with the schizo caller when she is interrupting him.

Adam has something shoved up his ass with the last crazy caller.
One of the first callers is a 14 year old male, who is trying to get a bj behind a dumpster. This inspires Adam to parody “Under the Boardwalk” with “Behind the Dumpster”.

If my neighbors are listening, you old coots, you know what happens when I have a party and you call the cops? I sign some autographs, give them a tour of the house, blow some weed in their face, and they go along their merry way. And when I ask them, “do I need to turn down the stereo?” they say “only if you want to”

The lady with schizoaffective disorder that is angry at Loveline/Hollywood for their portrayal of the mentally ill at 1:17:30–>1:29:25 is the icing on the cake. Eric is also great guest.
The guest sounds too much like Anderson.

I have to disagree with a few of the above comments, I found Eric Balfour to be kind of a dick.
Adam was being mean to Drew at least once as well. I always hate when he does that.
