With the way this chick stammers through her points, she would be worthless up against a half way decent criminal defense attorney. No wonder the bastards get off. They must have had someone like her as a prosecutor! I also like how she said public defenders are tough defense attorneys. With her debate skills, I’m sure she’s not hard to impress. I’m not kidding when I say Drew would make a better prosecutor. He was telling her what the laws are in California and she sat there and didn’t say a word.

They made a big deal about not revealing where “Chris” worked, but around the 40 minute mark of the 10/29/2002 show, Adam reveals he works for the Hawthorne PD.
@HarrySeaward I don’t know man I’ve seen some pretty solid public defense attorneys, but to be fair they all seemed to have an agenda for being where they were, using it as a stepping stone to get somewhere better.
Fascinating show with the DA and Detective, Adam has good rant about red arrows near end.
