The reason the Nurse wasn't surprised is because he/she is a phoney caller, and probably not really a nurse. She called on the Titus episode of Nov. 19th 2011 as the rueful tranny. Her bogoosity is glaring in the is call. I'm surprised Adam and Drew didn't pick-up on it. Her pooh-bear laugh is unmistakeable.

Funny to hear Ace Man call out Dennis Prager since they tour together now.

Orangeplanet beat me to commenting on the nurse. Whereas most callers don't even register surprise when Adam guesses, she ups the ante by basically saying, "Yeah, isn't it obvious?" Adam then comically likens her to a bass--you have to hear it. Call starts at 1h 15m.

Guests are Eddie Kay Thomas and Shawn McGuire from the show Off Center. Adam tells a funny story about being lazy and peeing in his ice bucket. He leaves it on the bar and forgets about it, only to discover a few days later that the maid had found it and was letting it soak in the sink. 60’s and 70’s TV is discussed, including how offensive Hogan’s Hero’s was. A kid calls in with a new term for air coming out of the vagina, the “vagart.” Adam correctly guesses the profession of nurse for one of the callers. Instead of being impressed, her response is “well who else would be coming home from work at this hour?” Nevermind she hadn’t told them she was coming home from work. The batting cage story is told. Good episode.
