Great episode. The guests are fun, Adam goes on a good fertility jag, Drew repeatedly socks the mic, Anderson abuses the callers with the classic drops, etc.
42:00 Caller Tony inherited $200k from his aunt and blew $140k of it on heroin. Wants to know if his “collapsed” veins will ever return to normal. Drew suggest he get into treatment. Tony says he doesn’t have insurance and can’t afford it. Drew asks about the remaining $60k from the inheritance and Tony says he doesn’t want to “waste” it on treatment. This says all you need to know about the brain of an addict. Very sad.
Could this be “linked” to Jena’s other episodes?
About an hour in, a 13 year old calls because she had sex with an 18 year old addict. She doesn’t live with either of her parents. They ask her what happened when she was 8 or 9. Typical Loveline denial. Then when they ask when her parents left, she says 9. She doesn’t see the connection. She sounds angry and almost annoyed when they ask her any questions.

Agreed with Harry Seaward on the addict guy. Very sad because you know the rest of that inheritance went into his arm.
Melissa who is in some sort of lesbian fling-y relationship but also bangs a guy whom she has a son with, and he is also married is a very confusing weird call. I’ve never heard so many layers and different people connected in such a way. What a life.
