Show Summary:

From the TV show The Mole.

Adam is all business for much of the show, plowing through calls in hurried fashion -- perhaps due to off-air orders. Anderson Cooper's appearance is to promote The Mole, a reality show he hosted at the time. Adam notes Cooper's daring work as a conflict zone reporter. He attempts to convince Cooper to divulge the name of "The Mole", thereby breaking his network confidentiality agreement.

Cooper has no problem with the explicit nature of the show, even joking that a girl could try Robitussin spray to numb her throat for oral sex. Near the end of the show, Adam states that most people date within their race, which brings disagreement from both Dr. Bruce and Cooper.

The race argument at the end was bizarre, like Bruce and Anderson Cooper were trying to gaslight Adam. Are people so uptight that they can’t even acknowledge that most couples, all over the world, are of the same race?

Anderson Cooper is there to promote reality show The Mole. He is an engaging guest as you would expect. Drew is out so Bruce is there. Adam promises to not abuse him this show. Great show. 5/5

    Still think he was joking??

Megan, girl calls in around twelve minutes in, there’s NO WAY she’s real, she’s definitely following a script, , but it’s weird cuz she’s a young girl, which are the last likely to make prank calls, it doesn’t have any punch line or really crazy ending, it feels like she’s just trying to make up a call just to get in the show unnoticed, no one questioned it, so I assume she accomplished her mission

Your first thought when a CNN anchor is on is to think it’d be boring but Anderson cooper is interesting. He talks about beating off and being hard. It took Bruce til the end of the show to build his confidence to start fighting back with Adam lol

This was a very fun and entertaining show. Anderson Cooper was a great guest, and it’s fun to hear the other sides of him that you don’t see on TV. I do have to admit that Dr. Bruce is a complete moron though. He is completely out of touch with reality, and he sounds like a condescending jerk when he gives his responses. He rarely stays focused on answering the questions asked, and always goes to the moral high ground, priest route. Other than him it’s definitely a good listen.

Too bad Dr. Drew wasn’t on this show. I think he would have had a good rapport with Anderson. Bruce was EXTRA preachy in this episode. I can’t believe Adam didn’t tell him to stfu more. I would hate to have a doctor like Bruce…I doubt he would perform an abortion in his private practice.

Adam finally breaks through with a great rant on Jaywalking tickets at 56:00. He states due to off air orders he isn’t supposed to go off on anymore “Jags”. Great to hear Aceman sticking it to the program director.

Great show, Anderson has a good sense of humor and is sharp. I agree with the above comment. If Drew was on this one it would have been even better. I kind of like Dr. Bruce from time to time. If nothing else, he elicits rant rage in Adam like few others.

Around 1:27 the argument between Adam and Anderson/Bruce is good. Bruce isn’t understanding what Adam is saying, that people’s preference in dating their own kind is simply because of their experience and surroundings, not necessarily an aversion to skin color, but a preference for what they know predicated upon it.
