i cant believe the higher ups told Anderson to stop playing drops at this point. this was a great show even without drops but man, I love the drops.
Wow, hope that program director got fired – please tell me Anderson starts playing the drops again in later shows…
I appreciated those two callers who dissed the program director. I love the drops and non-call segments. What an idiot. Guests are nice
Great episode! I can’t believe it took me so long to listen to this one. The guests are really funny and Adam steps it up and makes a lot of great jokes. I hope Anderson starts playing drops again soon, the show is not the same without his subtle humor.
Great Episode. Interesting bit on the two separate callers who call in about the idiot program director telling Anderson to stop with the drops and Adam to stop ranting… Surprised this wasn’t mentioned by Adam prior to this show
Maybe it’s just me but these guys weren’t very funny or interesting. But it was a good show overall. Solid 6.5 for me.

Upright Citizens Brigade is on point. One of my all time favorite shows. Matt Ian, and Matt are funny and sharp. Watch the show or catch them in some Reno 911!
Anderson was playing a lot of drops during the week when Dr. Bruce sat in on the show, early January 2001. He played a clip of Dr. Drew singing opera on Win Ben Stine’s money a few shows before this one (the show with Crazy Town?). Otherwise drop abstinence up to this point in 2001.

I’m kind of surprised by the positive reaction to this show. The UCB guys were painfully unfunny throughout the entire show. They didn’t take anything seriously, not even the questions asked by callers who called in to talk to them. And none of their jokes were even remotely funny. Hands down the worst guests I can think of in recent memory.
I agree, I didn’t laugh at any of their jokes.
I will say though that one of the guys (can’t remember which one) was pretty smart and knew about some medical stuff, which I appreciated
