The Deftones have been on the show a few times and they are a good guest. This is one of their best appearances.
A girl caller's 34 year old a Aunt sleeps with all of her boyfriends. Anderson fires up the Taboo II them song. Adam suggests the Deftones cover it.
Interesting transaction between Adam and a caller:
Adam: What city do you live in?
Caller: California
This is the show where Adam says he never got his high school diploma because he owed the book-room $20 for "We the People."
The band is late coming back form a break. Anderson alludes that they are getting stoned.
Coming back from another break, the Metalica "I Disappear" bumper is played but Adam misses it. He has Anderson play it again even though Dr. Drew does not approve. This time he farts into the mic during the second or 2 of silence. Anderson says he now hates that bumper and threatens to erase it.
The Deftones listen to the clip of Fletcher of Pennywise vomiting all over the studio back in 1995. Drew tells how he climbed up the cabinets Adam built. Once he got past Fletcher, he ran to the the control board and turned up the goofy orchestral music heard at the end of the clip.
Adam complains that he can't say the word "tit" even though it's the least slang word for breast as it is derived from the word "teet."
A caller is addicted to Oxy Cotton from a football related neck injury. Adam doesn't know what Oxy Cotton is.
Adam decides that skateboarding is the equivalent of staying home and hitting yourself in the nuts with a hammer.

The description of the “34 year old aunt sleeps with boyfriend” call does not do it justice. The caller, Tiffany, catches them…and joins in. Then other people find out…and join in. It’s a must-hear.
After asking Anderson to replay the bumper because he has a “fart worked up”, Adam perfectly inserts his gaseous discharge into the pause in the Metallic riff at ~0:47:30, brilliant.
The song change brings up some good memories haven’t heard it in a while. Deftones were quiet during some parts but opened up. The well timed fart was hilarious. Solid show
Underrated show. The Tiffany call is absolutely hilarious and is loveline hall of fame material. Drew also gets in a few well timed jokes if you listen carefully. “The dossier is now complete” had me in tears. Great episode.
Funny part around 1:00:15 when a caller responds to “who was he? with “a guy” and Drew gets a joke in.
Wait isn’t Tiffany Miriam? I hear that same nutty AF voice .
“Tiffany” is definitely Miriam. Bo ho ho hooooogus!
Tiffany is NOT Miriam. Their voices are clearly different. It’s possible for the universe to contain more than one female bogus caller, you know.
