Early Lightning round… it’s funny to hear how much Dr. Drew hates this.
At the beginning of the show Adam tells a story about when he was a “Big Brother” and how his “little brother” got on the online and had an internet girlfriend which ended up running Adam a 300+ dollar phone bill
Horrible audio quality but standard show.

Adam flew his model airplane yesterday.
Loveline won the Billboard syndicated show of the year award apparently. There was no awards ceremony or trophy or plaque, just a phone call to Jed the Fish at KROQ.
Adam has been sober for almost 19 hours.
Adam threatens to come through the phone and “El Kabong” him with a giant guitar like in Quick Draw McGraw.
A Washington-based right-to-life group attacked drew about the morning after pill and Drew gets punchy over it. Adam invites them to come down to the studio with their bible and rosary beads.
Adam and producer Ann do some role playing where they’re on a first date as 16 year olds and figures out is she wants to be kissed or not.
Drew says when he started in radio the new big thing were drops. Adam makes fun of him and says there was no way of recording music back then and a live orchestra would have to do the bumpers every night.
Adam yells at Anderson for his mic being too loud.
Talk about being a fat kid is one of the worst things that can happen to a person. All the racist jokes are being moved over to fat people instead.

Adam’s mom once read a psychology book and told him that it’s not that she didn’t like him, she didn’t like the things he did.

I liked this episode in spite of the horrible audio quality. There’s static throughout the entire thing. Near the end of the show right before the Lightning Round I realized that Adam really does help people and wants what’s best for people, even though he also wants to do entertaining radio. The Lightning Round was good too and I wish Drew would realize that being a pussy just eggs Adam on even more.
I love the big brother program story. It always cracks me up
