Last caller is a Persian girl who gets knocked up by a Romanian guy. He tells her he can’t be a part of the child’s life because he and his family don’t associate with “sand niggers.” Adam says “yeah, but aren’t Romanians just ice niggers?

The last caller is Persian. The guys try to figure out what continent Iran is part of. Adam is sure it’s Africa and I think even Anderson chimes in to say it’s northern Africa. Drew remains completely silent during this indicating that he has no idea. The Middle East is technically part of Asia. The fact that Drew doesn’t know this is surprising to me. Clearly it’s not part of Africa, and it’s certainly not in Europe. lol. They come back from the last break having just consulted an Atlas and announce that it’s part of the Asian continent. Drew says “seems to be.” Come on Drew.
Actually, regarding the Persian girl and the location. I think the guys thought she was from a place called Farsi , when in really Farsi is just a language. And she keeps insisting she “it’s Persian” instead of correcting Adam, that Farsi isn’t a place just a language. She mentions Iran like twice, but I think the Farsi misunderstanding threw him off. Also, it was the end of the show and he probably didn’t care, but dr drew not saying anything at all was weird indeed.
That lady calling in wasted halfway through was a gem. Trying to give advise and she is in most in need of some! Classic.

I love Drew’s hesitant laugh and then the awkward silence after Adam suggests why Romanians shouldn’t really be racist against those from the Middle East. (Last caller of the night)
