Adam mentions his desire to be the first person to summit Mount Everest having been carried the entire way. He refers to it as a “publicity stunt.” This is the first and only time I’ve heard him mention the idea, despite its genius. I’m sure Adam hates “first and only,” seems like “only” should cover it.
Other than that mentioned above, there’s some fun talk about Drew running through the various DC landmarks at the top of the show. Very solid show.
Drew is still in Washington D.C. Late in the show, a kid calls in and wants to know if you could inject dog semen into a woman to get a dog baby. This leads Adam and Drew off on a discussion of what they would mix. The pow, half pig-half cow, is born. Adam and Drew bring up pow many times over the upcoming years but this is the show where it was first mentioned. Best call of the night is at 18:37, when 25 year old Mario calls in. He is into “fado masochism” and wants to know how to tell his new girlfriend. Adam asks him if he has ever yelled “suck you” to anyone. Later he asks Mario if he worships “fatin.”
Adam tests a caller’s accent by asking him to pronounce “Volvo” and “Saab.”
He’s talked about it many times over the years, but his barber has a thick accent and switches his V’s and B’s. So Volvo becomes Bolbo and Saab becomes Saav.
“If Drew’s dad had found out that Drew’s sister had been molested by the guy painting the house, he would have ran out and demanded that the guy paint the trim for free. Am I right Drew? I mean, look, the damage has been done and the house still needs to be painted. What I’m saying is that he’s a rational man.”

That looks crazy, especially in the summer heat. Drew is ripped.
Adam mentions at the end of the show that engineer Ken has been filling in for Anderson the past few nights, which explains the lack of drops.
Weird energy… the guys go off on a lot of tangents. Adam sort of half-heartedly accuses Drew of not paying attention, but not as bad as in the past. He repeats yet again the bit about women butchering their father’s military career. He talks about playing pool with Jeanette Lee, the “Black Widow,” for The Man Show and how stereotypes are always right. The guys figure out where Mt. Everest is and the origin of the boysenberry, of which somehow Adam knows that Knott’s Farm was involved.
