Moved to the file 2000-02-10, thanks goes to blackjackdavey for pointing out that this was the same show as the one listed there. I assume there was a Matt Pinfield ep but it isn't in the archive. yet..

Sounds like this might be the first show Adam talked about his Dad.

Agreed. Either Matt bailed or one of the shows is in the wrong slot.

Either way, still a decent show. Toward the end a kid calls in claiming that his long distance girlfriend he met at "space camp" was attacked and killed but couldn't really give any details. Adam wants to talk about space camp but Drew brings the subject back to the dead girlfriend at which point the kid says he can't talk to his parents because they "aren't really around". Upon questioning he says his mom threw herself in front of a train and his dad shot himself. Adam points out that he wishes they had kept talking about space camp. Adam and Drew say they buy the kid's story, but I'm not convinced they really did.

don't think this is the right show. According to the previous show Matt Pinfield was supposed to be the guest.

The sound quality issue had to do with the set-up TOBYDOG had at the time. At least they are 64kbps. Imagine listening to this recording dummied down to 16kbps... horrible.

I'm hoping to get in touch with the people who taped these (KFMA KUPD) and see if they'll let Gio do a second rip of them so they are like the rest of the files.
