There is hope! A caller that is blind calls and explains that she has an acute sense of hearing. She in under the impression that “Michelle” – the caller I commented about in the previous night’s show about getting HIV abroad during a bad blood transfusion, is the same caller that posed as her sister-in-law during tonight’s show. Unfortunately they don’t have the 2 calls on cards – hopefully this mystery will be solved another night…..This is a partial show though so maybe it was revealed at another point?
It was clearly bogus. She didn’t even know the name of the medication she was taking.
Definitely bogus. There is just no way a 5 year old says, “I want you to be around for my high school graduation.” Impossible.

I went back and listened to Michelle from a night before. I think the blind lady is totally right that it’s the same person.
I listened to this episode and previous one back to back and I remember thinking “michelle” and her sister sounded exactly the same
It was nice to be vindicated by the blind caller a few minutes later
Definitely the same caller! Compare “Michelle” from the previous episode (19:26) to “Vanessa” here at 19:40. Same voice, same cadence, same tics down to the way she says “Yeah” and “Um”. Blind lady caller is amazing!
