Anderson's 5th anniversary as engineer.
Adam compliments the band Barenaked Ladies because Alanis is going to tour with them. Adam then follows up his compliment with how much he hates Chumbawumba (a show that may be locked up at DeKalb)
The first of Alanis's songs os played very early, at the 2:36 minute mark. This was done so that Stryker could hear the song on his ride home.
Alanis leaves after the first hour.
Adam then mentions it is engineer Anderson's 5th year anniversary of running the boards. He recalls his first night alone, June 10, 1999 when Moby was the guest.
He then mentions that his first night was actually the June 9, 1999 Pennywise incident but engineer Mike had to step in because of Fletcher's "F" words.
Adam then mentions the first night he was on the show. I think he means just him and Drew. His first night would be him doing Mr. Birchum and then co-hosting with Rikki and Drew. The band Suicidal Tendencies was the guest. Apparently they were a bad guest. Again, that show may be locked up at DeKalb as well.
An amateur musician calls in - Adam ends the call with a special lets break it down:
"Let's break it down buddy, get a hand in. That amp..... Not a chair!!!!"
Adam and Drew discuss Hobo Power.
A guy named Rusty calls in. Naturally Adam and Drew ask if he has red hair. He then says Rusty is his last name. Also Rusty was the name of the Griswold boy in National Lampoons Vacation.

When they talk about Anderson’s anniversary he says his first night on the boards was the Pennywise show when Fletcher barricaded them in the studio and said he had a live hand grenade. Anderson says he was on the boards with Mike over his shoulder.
There’s video of that incident and Anderson is there, but he’s definitely not on the boards, Mike is. Anderson is over HIS shoulder observing. Ultimately this means nothing but….
Anderson said that Mike took over during the incident because the profanity was flying too fast.
“Drew could flood this room with his passion……he’s like a volcano”
Alanis was a good guest, only stuck around for 40 minutes but she was good. Decent show. Some odd calls
Perfectly average show. Adam has a few jokes in poor taste, even by his standards.
