Annabella is an absolute space case. She answers most of Adam’s questions about her past the same way callers answer questions.
It’s sort of a dull episode until at 1:21 a caller of Apache descent phones in and complains about Adam referring to Native American’s genetic predisposition to alcoholism. Drew backs him up with the scientific facts until the caller gets upset and hangs up. Lee from the band continues to complain about the racist undertones of Drew’s argument, but he sounds pretty ignorant. Fun stuff.
Serious intermittent static. But I had to listen cause I (along with all the guys my age) had a crush on Annabella Lwin back in the day.
The Apache caller is a good one.
Not an amazing episode… The dude seemed cool… The girl a little crazy but tolerable
I thought they were good guests, it was really interesting to hear how she got started in the band at such a young age and all that stuff.
Drew used to hate the Ace Rockolla persona and rail against it. It’s funny to see the comparison to Adam’s current podcast where Drew essentially just shows up to agree with everything Adam says and cup his balls
I couldnt listen to this because of the static, It’s Monday and was just irritating the shit out of me lol
