Show Summary:
Adam mentions Drew is making a "rare" West coast appearance. This is because he was in Florida and Alaska the week before. Apparently they have (or had) an affiliate up in Alaska.
Adam proclaims that his new hobby is piecing together his life, who said what to him, when he came up with an idea and whether or not he was drunk at the time.
Drew mentions that his hernia has been giving him problems lately.
They attempt to use Cyber Adam but when a caller brings up their book, the real Adam has to come in and yell about how horrible their publisher was and how they made no money off it.
Adam brings up the time his dad brought home a Beta recorder in 1979.
Coming back from a break, Adam's theme song is played. He describes walking into the bar but then gets hit with the goofy music.
Apparently Drew smells burning and asks if they are calling the fire department in the other room. Anderson smells nothing. Adam hopes the place burns down so he can dance around the ashes in happiness. He then compares the studio to a lame horse that they can't put a bullet in.
Caller Mark tries to challenge Adam to car facts but is a drunken fool who is really annoying.

Caller mark also sounds very much like the caller who challenges adam and titus on one of the titus ep’s. He did much better this time. His voice sounds exactly the same but I don’t recall the name that he went by in the other show.
Blowhard Mark calls to challenge Adam at the end and is the only caller off the top of my head that actually knows what he claims. He is turbo smug, unfunny and probably never gets laid by the Asian women he claims to date.
@n0tsan3: “Blowhard Caller Mark” made several calls (I could probably find the dates) but always used that name. His voice is pretty unmistakable; plus he starts every call by “roasting” Adam with a bunch of pre-loaded jokes.

Around 18:00 Adam getting fired up about the Loveline Book cracked me up.
Adam likens a 16 year old’s “fingering” technique to a bear trying to get the last picked egg out of a jar. Oh my god… It is for these moments that I love listening to these shows.
This ‘Mark’, is the same guy who started teasing DAG about how many people banged his girlfriend.
Caller Mark was fucking hilarious.
Drew smells something burning.
Adam: “You think the building is on fire? That would be the best day of my life. I would dance like Jim Morrison high on peyote in front of this burning building. I’d get naked and just dance in front of it. I would dance a jig on the ashes of this dump. Now’s the opportunity to just torch the place. Let the place burn down, what do we care? What are they gonna lose if this place goes up? $60 worth of outdated equipment. This whole studio has just been like a lame horse we can’t put a bullet in. It’s of no use anymore, can’t pull a plow, just laying there suffering. It’s cruel what we’re doing to it. I’ll tell you what would be real comedy. I’d like to see Westwood 1’s insurance report. I’d like to see them explain what was in here and what they lost and what they needed to be reimbursed for.”

I love how Adam explains his hatred for Westwood studio and gives Drew tips about going to the strip club. Mark at the end really has to be faking it in his blowhardiness
Dickhead know it all Mark roasts Adam and is his equal knowledge of cars. But it was entertaining. Decent show.
Looking at the summary, yes, as someone who used to live in Alaska, loveline used to be on 106.5 kwhl on an hour delay. Around 2008, it moved to 94.7 The end.
Later, on The End, much like other stations, loveline would be delayed, and wouldn’t play until midnight Alaskan time, which would have been right after the live show would have been over.
Caller Mark is what you call a “jive turkey”. Worse than Woody Volcano Viagra from a few eps ago.
Boy Dr drew must’ve had a good night’s sleep; he’s really got a head of steam…which as always is bad. Every time Adam makes a point or starts an analogy, he starts chattering away and misses the point or just goes on and on in a way that will obviously confuse the stoned 15 year old. I wanted to tell him to shit up at least 5 times during this episode. Adam actually told him to shut up at least once
Also, Mark was indeed a blowhard, but he knew his stuff and I think they both liked him, even Adam begrudgingly even though he certainly beat him over the head pretty good on being a loser and asshole
