This is a repeat. Last week, I think. Bong water drinker is the second call and would be easy to find.
Bong water guy can’t understand Drew’s question which is “if you were trying to beat a drug test why did you drink bong water to get high.” The caller just keeps repeating that it didn’t work, he doesn’t understand that Drew is asking what he would have done had it worked.
