Not every caller listened to the show religiously, most were probably spontaneous or someone told them about it and they listened a few times.

Yeah, the “I can’t have an orgasm calls” are really the most common call throughout the history of the show. I don’t blame all the girls who call in (because like you said, not all of them listen every night) but the guys take the call every night. They choose the calls they take, so why do they take that one over and over and over? It’s not even interesting and they must be going out of their minds having to repeat themselves a million times.
