Monty seems to be an AIDS awareness activist and is a childhood friend of Adam’s. They went to “hippie school” together. Monty’s laugh comes across as forced at times and I personally find it annoying. So-so episode.
Great line from Adam when he’s explaining the lame field trip his hippy-school took him on to the lseasoning plant, “Uggh.. Jesus Christ, I swear, I gotta sue everybody…”
“Not once a day. Once IN a day.”
Guest does not contribute much. Adam sniffs out the fat chick who wants the Y2K guy with amazing speed.

Seems like Monty may have spent a semester or two longer than Adam at the hippie school…

Adam is more of a prick this episode because he is trying to show off to Monty
Agree with madbrian. Monty isn’t too bad. Good story of his mom smacking Adam across the face
Monty sounds like a chick
Pretty good episode – lots of dumb callers. Adam gets a little irritated with Monty for his tact as an activist and not being as pragmatic as Adam, but they get along alright and there are some stories from when they were kids.
Wow can Monty plug that number any more? I think this is the record for most plugs in 1 episode.
Monty is super obnoxious. Makes any and every call about his cause and rambles a lot. Decent show would be better without the guest.
