Cindy Guyer is a terrible guest. She starts off the show encouraging a 17 year old to date a 28 year old. Even after Drew tries to explain why it’s wrong she uses moron logic. “Age doesn’t matter in love…”
Disagree. Although she does have that attitude for the first call… she is entertaining and generally fun for the vast majority of the show.
Also Kari and Adam’s chemistry is always good as they had a crush thing goin for a while.
I thought Cindy was a little off but fine – I mean when your job is to pose for romance novels for a living, chances are that something went awry at some point in time. I loved how she goes “not ALL of my fans are overweight….” Kari is a fun guest but while she has a beautiful voice, her song kind of sucked. I wonder how that panned out for her….
Cindy Guyer is a retard. Adam and Drew’s contempt for her permeates their silence…
Holy S the lyrics to Kari’s song around the 1:20 mark- pretty terrible. How was she signed to Def American at one point?
And yes, the first guest is a moron- always funny when you mix people with real problems in with a so-called romance expert.
Both chicks aren’t right. I didn’t know that posing for these books was even a job and the song really did suck. The backround and voice was good but marred by dumb lyrics
1:32:00 – Adam in regards to a female caller who is using her religion and culture as a front out of self importance and wonders why guys aren’t attracted to her:
“Guys are like hogs that root around and most women are just like some slop in a trash can. You’re like…you’re tied up and hanging off a tree 10 feet from the ground. What’re they gonna do? They just come, root around, and they go over to the trashcan.”
Adam’s analogies are hilarious.
Wow, super racist joke almost appears around the 48:30 mark, but Adam thinks better of it and cuts himself off.
