This is the last known recording of David Strickland aside from some phone messages sent before his suicide. This is David's only appearance on CLL. His Wikipedia page says there was reported bipolar disorder, as well as drugs and alcohol. He stopped taking his meds around the time of this show and was under the influence of something when he killed himself. My goodness. 🙁
You can learn the story from Andy Dick on the 12-27-1999 show. He hung out with him a day or two before he killed himself and apparently was on meth or something hard that even Andy wanted no part of.
