Topic Caller has girlfriend with multiple personalities

I’m looking for an episode where the caller had a girlfriend who seemed to have a “split personality”.
In real life this girl was a college student. She had episodes where she would initiate sex with her boyfriend and then have NO memory of it later. Sometimes she would wake up believing she was 14-15 years old and had no idea who her boyfriend was. She would switch back and forth between these seemingly at random. None of her “personalities” had any knowledge of the others, except what people told her.
The caller wanted her to get treatment, but also didn’t want the good sex to stop. (Her “main” personality was not nearly as dtf)
The guy who was the caller is actually someone I’ve met, and hearing about it from his friends is how I know the story. I have never heard the episode. The year was probably sometime between 1998 and 2004.
